Meet The Directors
Bay Surveying are a professional firm of property consultants, covering services including residential, commercial and the public sector.
The founders David & Marcus are both
Chartered Surveyors, who have previously held positions as Associate Directors within Global Consultancies.
With nearing 25 years combined industry experience with Professional Surveying Services and Project Management they are able to provide well rounded advise to all existing and future clients.
David and Marcus are both RICS Assessors on the Building Surveying pathway, trusted by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to evaluate candidates looking to gain the professional membership. The role includes testing technical knowledge across building surveying practice, assessing ethics, judgement and professional standards.
